Not In Love With Your Purchase? WE KEEP IT SIMPLE.
- We do not issue refunds HOWEVER we’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days past your purchase date.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you exchange.
- All Bodysuits and Jewelry items are final sale.
- All SALE merchandise is none refundable/exchangeable. Make sure to check out our stylist notes or give us a quickly e-mail with any concerns or questions regarding fit/sizing. That’s what we are here for.
- If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item(s) as we have limited inventory, then sending the original item(s) back.

Mail Back The No-Good Goods
- Mail your goods back to us within 14 days after your purchase and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a RTB gift card within 72 hours after we receive your parcel.
- Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you within 72 hours via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store.
- Please include the original packing slip or order number with your item(s) when you mail the no-good goods back.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
